About Alexander Radha

I was born in 2002 and grew up in Tucker, Georgia, 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, before moving to New Jersey at the age of 9. I've always been interested in things that spin or things with wheels alongside video editing, writing, and music. Over the years, I have developed an aptitude for video editing and writing, often utilizing my childhood interests to base content around. I have never broken a bone in my body, my favorite food is ramen noodles, and I learned how to heel-toe down shift a manual from watching anime.

Early Years

I was raised by my birth parents and with a lot of love. As toddler and little kid, I was pretty rambunctious and hectic. I loved to run around and cause a scene, climb on everything in site, and be the center of attention. I was very big into Thomas the Tank Engine, Beyblade, and Hot Wheels, things that would stick with me permanently. Early on, I had creative nature about me, wanting to explore and find out how things worked so I could create something original. Around age 7 or 8, my babysitter introduced me iMovie, which launched my career as a film maker and eventually content creator. In 2011, we moved to New Jersey, and the dark years began. Early on, it was difficult to make friends as in general I found people to more abrasive and judgemental. I got into trouble more often and the end of elementary school was rocky to say the least. Grades 5 and 6 would be a little better as I found a small group of friends I enjoyed spending time with, however it would all fall apart in middle school and early high school. I struggled with mental illness, continued to have trouble in school, was separated from my good friends, and for a while, things would seem grim. But though I couldn't see it for a long time, there was light at the end of the tunnel.

Later Years

In 10th grade, after leaving the group of friends I had joined in middle school, I reconnected with two of my friends from 5th and 6th grade, and we began to hang out again. We bonded over video games and began a discord server so we could play online together. Soon, more people would join and before I knew it, I had found a good group of people who respected and cared about the same way I did to them. High school would end in a decent but still troubling note as the Covid-19 pandemic would up-end spring for the class of 2020. Despite this, I would discover an interest in cars and motorsport during lock-down, something that would inspire me later to learn and buy a stick shift car. College began strong, but would later become fouled by a rough relationship, school club drama, and another bout of dealing with mental illness. However, after a lot of trials and tribulations, I discovered who I was and what I wanted, part of that being college wasn't for me. I spent some time working my part time job and developing my YouTube career before enrolling in Praxis, a program designed to replace college in a shorter amount of time for less money. With a good head on my shoulders and more determination that ever, I finally felt like I was on my way to success.

Currently

As of 4/21/2024:

I am just about to graduate from Praxis along with the other people in my cohort. Although life around me has been a bit hectic in some ways, the program has been a blast. Waking up knowing I am in front of the rest of my professional life is beyond rewarding. My Beyblade YouTube channel has been flourishing, currently boasting over 650 subscribers and growing. I'm in the process of getting editing jobs for other content creators on YouTube. My goals right now are to keep growing my own brand while helping others achieve the same growth I currently am.

I'm always doing my best to grow and become a better person. Everyday I do my best to learn something I didn't the day before.
